Our story

From a single website to a community.

Lingo started with a passion. Our founder, James Levisee, fell in love with building websites back in 1997, and by 1999 he was a certified Web Master Professional running his own development company. After a season serving his local church, he stepped out on faith in 2017 when a friend asked him to build one website. He started with nothing but his email domain, iTJames.com, and a willingness to take it one day at a time.

That one project grew into many. In 2020, iTJames became Lingo Technologies, named for his wife's maiden name and a perfect fit for a company built on technology and clear communication. Today we serve hundreds of Arkansas businesses with the same people-first approach: relationships over transactions. We do not have customers. We have friends.
