SMS Terms and Text Message Policy

Lingo Technologies ("Lingo," "we," "us," or "our") is a web design, digital marketing, and managed I.T. company based in Bryant, Arkansas. We use text messaging to reply to people who have contacted us and to keep existing clients informed about the work we are doing for them. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not text people who have not asked us to.

Who sends the messages

Messages are sent by Lingo Technologies, 205 Progress Way Ste 100, Bryant, AR 72022. Every message identifies us by name.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the text message consent box on a form on this website and submitting it with your mobile number. The box is never checked for you, and submitting a form without checking it still gets you a response by phone or email.

What we send

• Replies to your inquiry. If you contact us through the website and consent to texts, we may reply by text rather than only by phone or email.
• Project and service updates. For active clients: status on a website build, a scheduled appointment, a support ticket, or a maintenance window.
• Account and billing notices. Occasional notices such as a service interruption or an invoice reminder.

We do not send promotional or marketing campaigns to this list, and we do not send messages related to any referral or affiliate program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. Most people receive only a handful of messages tied to a specific request or project. There is no recurring scheduled send.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply to any message you send or receive. We do not charge you for text messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not send you further messages unless you opt in again. You can also ask any member of our team to remove your number, or call us at 501-604-6688.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device.

Your privacy

No mobile opt-in data will ever be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are used only so that we can communicate with you directly. Consent is not a condition of purchase

You are never required to agree to receive text messages in order to buy anything from us, request a quote, or receive a response. Declining costs you nothing.
